All of our units are located in the very secure April Sound subdivision with 24 hour manned gate entrance and patrols. No pets. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Fully furnished, cookware, dinnerware, linens, towels, All units have TV with lots of channels, full size washers and dryers in the 1 and 2 bedroom units (studios use coin op laundry in building), fast WiFi, reserved parking right in front of unit, everything needed for an extended stay. Either King or Queen beds in primary bedroom, Queen beds in second bedroom and some have 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own bath. Walk to lake in 5 minutes. April Sound Country Club facilities available with additional fee ($55). 25-30 minutes to The Woodlands. 15 minutes to Conroe Medical Center. Visa/MC accepted. April Sound HOA charges a $77 registration fee if rental is 4 months or more. There are no lake views from this property.
