POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Amazing Private Pool/ Patio area Park with Gym set 1 block away Comes with washer and dryer Has drop down laundry from Master into the laundry room Has a 2-car garage 2 mins to Starbucks/HEB/SamsClub Heart of McAllen, Tx Great middle schools within 8 minute walking distance Enclosed backyard for dogs The property is an older home in general built in 1989. Wonderful neighborhood with really sweet and caring neighbors. (I can't emphasize this enough) People walk the street regularly. It's considered a very safe area for families. NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT THE PROPERTY: It's an older home from 1989. The pool has staining on the bottom. It's a great pool that my kids would swim in every day, but after 30 years it got stained on the bottom and it will be rented that way. There is older carpets on stairs and upstairs in hall master, and bedroom 2. Bedroom 1 has lenoleum planks that aren't perfectly flat and move a bit when you stand on them. Some of the light bulbs (hallogen) need replacing and are being ordered. Some cabitnets have missing knobs here and there. Big shed has a hole in the door, but it will be repaired soon. The paint needs some touch-ups all around the house here and there. The front yard grass has been drying up, because we haven't been there to turn on the sprinkler.
