Dogs and Cats Allowed

We allow up to 2 pets per home and have no weight restrictions; both cats and dogs are welcome. The $300 pet fee for dogs and cats. There is a non-refundable $75 fee for PooPrints for dogs. Contact our leasing team for breed restrictions and pet policy details.

We welcome most dogs, cats, small animals and exotic pets per local law. There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit. We do not charge a pet deposit, but we do charge a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per cat & dog. Monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet....
