As a fourth-generation Texas Spanish Mexican American, Brandy Wuensch was born and raised in Austin and became involved in real estate to help preserve and pass along what she loves about her native city. With over 21 years of real estate experience under her belt, she has served the real estate industry at the local, state and national levels, including serving as the 2025 Board President for Austin Board of REALTORS and UnlockMLS in Austin. She has also acquired several designations and certifications which help her stay up to date on trends and current happenings in the real estate market for both her Residential and Commercial clients. Her formal education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Wuensch understands everyone's story is unique and is passionate about advocating for homebuyers and sellers. She recognizes owning a home could mean something different to each individual and that truly matters when serving the community and her clients. She has operated as the managing broker and sole owner of City View Realty Group for over 17 years and is passionate about helping consumers achieve the American Dream of owning and building generational wealth through real estate, especially first time home buyers. "I came from an impoverished family and it was a proud moment when I bought my first home. I have never forgot the feeling or the struggles it was for me to achieve that goal so it helps me to relate to my buyers going through their process, I feel so much joy when I help them receive their new home keys." Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and her two young sons, Mason and Brayden. Her other hobbies and passions include family road trips, volunteering in the community, fitness training, cooking, wine tasting or enjoying a relaxing movie night at home with her family and their dog, Bear.
