You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if a violation of the event or party policy is discovered, and no refund will be provided. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, at least 6 feet away from doorways, but dispose of cigarette butts properly. The attached garage is used for owner storage and is off-limits to guests during your stay. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with a SmartLock. No pets are allowed. Parking is on the driveway or street only, and absolutely no parking is allowed in the yard or on any grass. The fireplace in the living room is not allowed to be used and has a gas shutoff, do not attempt to turn it on. If the house is too cold or too warm, use the thermostats to adjust to the desired temperature. For your safety, no diving in the lake, and do not allow children in the backyard, around the lot, or around the lake access or dock without an adult present. Pool towels are available for your use. Please leave any used towels in the bathrooms at departure.
