Our home caters for both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Full of southern charm and bold personality, this Keller home is the perfect vacation home for a quiet, serene getaway. The gourmet kitchen is undeniably the heart of the home, with upgraded countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a kitchen island. The living room offers a sleek southern appeal with a vaulted ceiling, oversized sectional, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining area includes a breakfast nook, kitchen island, and dining table, accommodating all your dining needs. The backyard features a swimming pool with loungers and an outdoor patio set, providing a tropical resort-like experience. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 is applied for each guest over six. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee, subject to availability. For those interested in exploring Dallas, attractions such as the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, CR Smith Museum, and Six Flags Over Texas are within a short drive. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings on our property. Only registered guests are allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is operated on gas and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but you may bring your own pool towels if desired. Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, and login info is provided upon request.
