Evan's current knowledge and experience first developed from working as an acquisition specialist of distressed properties for a group of investors. He then began managing his personal portfolio of real estate investments, private lending on new construction and rehab projects, and taking on joint ventures with development projects. He has also obtained significant experience personally rehabbing and building, not to mention years as a buyer's agent, before transitioning into a listing agent, and then forming a team. This experience has allowed Evan and his team to bring impactful insight to all of their clients.
