Approved documents include 2 most recent personal bank statements, 2 most recent months of paystubs for W2 employment; If transferring to a new job then a formal written verification from the employing company on letterhead will be required; self-employed should provide Schedule C or 1099 to show gross income for most recent year and 2 months of recent personal bank statements. Utilities will be the Tenants responsibility. Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 will be collected. Tenants must hold current renter's insurance with at least $100,000 in general liability included for the length of the lease.
