Backyard has a pergola and spacious to make barbecue and also contains a fire pit to enjoy in the chillier nights. I live in Round Rock and WFH, so will be easily accessible if any problems arise. I will require 1 months deposit and first month rent upon move in. Renter pays for all utilities (electric, water + sewage) as well as lawn maintenance. No smoking will be permitted within the house. Pets are allowed but are limited to 1 large dog or 2 small cats / dogs. An additional $250 deposit will be required for each animal. I am looking to lease for 12 months with the option to extend as needed.
