The grounds are open with minimal shrubs but nice trees spread out. The community is family friendly as evident by the multiple playgrounds, benches and picnic areas. There are three laundry facilities as there are no washer/dryer connections in unit. The interiors have good closet space, average appliances, upgraded paint color and nice carpet. The fixtures, blinds and lighting are not upgraded and appear to be a bit bland. Each unit does come with a private patio or balcony.
