The unit is located on top of our garage behind the main house. While it\'s just a studio, it\'s laid out very well with a distinction between living and sleeping areas. Full-sized bathroom, closet, wash and dryer, and small kitchen. There\'s a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker. In addition to the house being brand new, all furniture, essentials, linens, etc...are also brand new. You\'ll park in the designated space off the private drive isle. It\'s big enough for ONLY a mid-sized SUV. A truck or large SUV MUST PARK ON 10th St which is literally one house away. From there, you walk on the private pathway to the stairs that lead to the front door. Access via keypad on the front door. *** If you try and park a truck or large SUV (Tahoe/Expedition) in the space and/or block the alley, it\'s very likely it will be towed. We live in the main house full-time, and were very intentional about making it as private as possible. We do use the garage, and may see you in passing, but respect your privacy and will be friendly if we see you :). The private drive has multiple new homes that have been built in the past few years. It\'s a mix of young professionals, older individuals, and everyone is friendly but generally keeps to themselves. *Please have fun, but treat our home as if it was yours! :) **ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED** We have had multiple scam attempts by \"verified guests\" on Airbnb, VRBO, etc...including people booking under someone else\'s account; which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with a 3rd party verification partner we use to complete your booking. This also provides you, and us, insurance in case of accidental damage. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver at a low cost.
