Your guests will be able to enjoy having their own space with easy access to a guest bath that features a raised vanity and bathtub. The extended, covered back patio is a great area to host a BBQ with friends or enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. This home is located within close proximity to the community dog park and gardens. Minimum lease term required is 12 months. Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of this home. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. The rental amount does include basic pest control services. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, and utilities at the property. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $25. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation).
