The published lease rate includes 2 refrigerators, one stackable washer/dryer, water softener maintenance, pest control, security camera monitoring subscription, all yard maintenance, and standard weekly pool maintenance of the heated saltwater pool. Furnishings in the home at the time of showing (except for items in the dining room of the main home) can be included in the lease rate or removed upon request. A roommate situation for students attending Southwestern University can be considered. The maximum number of residents allowed is 5, and a maximum of 5 vehicles. Two pets are allowed.
