The refrigerator, washing machine and clothes dryer are the personal property of the Owners. Repair or replacement of these items is not guaranteed. The owner will consider a dog or cat during a lease term. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $30. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation). The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in.
