Our home caters for both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodation for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a great home-cooked meal. Featuring a friendly and welcoming environment, this cozy living area was designed to create great memories with family and friends! There’s nothing quite like a meal shared amongst some of your favorite people, so gather around and enjoy each other’s company. With 3 bedrooms to choose from, be sure to check them all out before settling in! Every bedroom has been curated with a pleasing color palette of blues and neutrals to create a restful environment for your sleep. With 2.5 private bathrooms, you won’t have to worry about bathroom line-ups here! Both bathrooms are sparkling clean with thoughtful touches, including essential toiletries. You’ll definitely want to spend some time in this multi-purpose cinema room! The large screen is perfect for stay-at-home movie nights while the oversized sectional is comfortable both as a couch and as a sofa bed! Don’t forget your swimsuit! You’ll want to enjoy a cool refreshing dip in the backyard swimming pool. When you’ve had your fill of splashing around, relax on the poolside deck or toss some burgers and steaks onto the BBQ grill for an al fresco meal on the patio. Free parking is available to guests both in the attached garage and on the driveway. Should you wish to freshen up your clothes during your stay, complimentary use of the washer and dryer are included with your reservation. Don’t leave your furry friends back home. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking space. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in/checkout time: 4pm/10am. No parties or events allowed. Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. Rest assured no cameras in any inside private areas we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Please note that our fireplace is inoperable at this moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. We offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
