Guests have full access to the entire house, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room, and the fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar. Maximum occupancy is 5 people and any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. If there's any accidental damage, it will be assessed internally to decide on any deductions or repair costs. Do not move any furniture during your stay. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
