There is a leafy furnished side patio with a sink, banana tree currenly regrowing after an unusual winter frost, gas grill, and also an outdoor shower and attached woodshed suitable for storage. There is a small garage suitable for a car, although a truck or SUV would be unlikely to fit. Street parking is always available, and there is a driveway for parking also. Currently I have two kayaks in the garage available for use of renter(s), although can store them elsewhere if you need the garage.
