Your beachside escape is here at this bright and open 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a master with king bed and en-suite bathroom upstairs with an attached private screened in balcony. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We've also provided a portable crib which is stored in the master closet for a full family friendly environment which can comfortably sleep 9 and a baby. We've also included all the comforts of home with plenty of spare towels and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and full size washer and dryer. Each room has either a smart TV or streaming device so you can easily connect to your favorite streaming service via high speed WIFI! We also know that you are here for the beach! So we have provided 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon, and beach toys for your convenience. No utilities will be included in the rent price No Smoking No large parties Only 2 small dogs up to 20 pounds will be allowed. This rate is for the fall and winter months only. Spring and summer will be higher. REQUIRED: Our cleaning company must be used once per month to help us ensure the property remains maintained at the highest standards. This is an additional fee of $200. Leases of greater than 3 months can use them every other month. Minimum rental criteria- Take home income of at least 2x the monthly rent and a credit score of at least 600.
