The 2nd bedroom is large with a vaulted ceiling, has a queen sized bed, dresser and wardrobe and a balcony that overlooks the open green spaces at the east end of the island. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to cover the sliding glass doors - perfect for a bright and sunny room during the day and darkness at night. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan, Smart TV, and USB charger station next to the bed. The main bathroom is split into two sections - one section has the bathtub (with shower), toilet and large storage cupboard. The other section has great lighting, loads of counter and storage space, a very large mirror, hair dryer, and scales. The living room has two comfortable sofas for plenty of seating, as well as a dedicated work area with desk, chair, ceiling fan, large Smart TV, and USB charging station. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to fix a quick snack for the beach or a full 3-course meal. There are ample pots, pans, cooking utensils, and cutlery. There is also a coffee machine, blender, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and a comfortable dining area. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen that has a new stackable washer and dryer, as well as lots of shelving space for storage. There is a 2-car garage that connects to the back patio which has everything you will need for day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Guests are welcome to park their cars in the garage or in the free parking on the street. The fully fenced private back patio area has a seating area with shade provided by the deck.
