This cabin comes with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private porch. For those who love the outdoors, gather around the fire pit for al fresco dining and cozy evenings beneath the stars. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this cabin provides the perfect retreat for your next vacation. Pets are not allowed. Cabins 2 and 4 can accommodate 1 pet each with a $100 fee. No fencing on property. Pet must be leashed at all times. Please no pets in cabin 1 or 5. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The neighborhood offers a serene and picturesque setting nestled within the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The landscape is dotted with vineyards, orchards, and fields, contributing to its idyllic charm. Residents and visitors alike can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and wildlife observation in the nearby parks and nature reserves. Additionally, the neighborhood is just a short drive away from the vibrant downtown area of Fredericksburg, known for its quaint shops, delicious eateries, and cultural attractions, offering the perfect blend of rural tranquility and urban convenience. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Guests are not allowed to wander around the ranch and must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling as there are hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain. No smoking on the premises inside or outside. Parties are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. This property is on well water and with the extreme heat and current drought, the water pressure is low. Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the water may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
