This cabin is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Rockview Cabin 2 is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The cabin features a king-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Enjoy the tranquility of the country while having all the modern amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Cabins 2 and 4 can accommodate one pet each with a $100 fee. There is a fire pit and BBQ grill on site for guest use, and guests are kindly asked to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames or coals after use. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Located just minutes away from the geological marvel of Enchanted Rock, Rockview Cabin 2 offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Hill Country landscape. The neighborhood is characterized by rolling hills, lush greenery, and expansive skies, providing a serene escape from city life. Enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and wildlife observation in the nearby parks and nature reserves. The vibrant downtown area of Fredericksburg is a short drive away, offering quaint shops, delicious eateries, and cultural attractions. Guests are not allowed to smoke on the premises, inside or outside, and parties are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Guests must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling due to hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain. Fireworks and the use of firearms or weaponry onsite are prohibited. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so guests are asked to shut off any lights when not in use to preserve the natural night sky. Please be mindful of water use as the property is on well water and the water pressure is low due to extreme heat and drought. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, so please keep all windows and doors closed to help keep them outside. Bug spray is available under the sink.
