It comprises two tastefully appointed bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, a cozy sitting room, and a fully equipped kitchen, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. The bedrooms, with stately four-poster beds and provided linens, exude romance and refinement. The bathrooms offer a choice between a shower and a nostalgic antique claw-foot tub with a shower attachment. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi access, a gas fireplace, and a secluded backyard retreat. Situated just blocks away from Downtown Fredericksburg, you'll have the convenience of walking to numerous wineries, dining options, and shops while enjoying the secluded relaxation at the property. Downtown Fredericksburg is a hub of culture and cuisine, offering culinary delights, local wines, and rich history through its well-preserved architecture and museums. Nearby attractions include Hill & Vine, The Stable Cocktail Bar, Texas Sunrise, Old German Bakery & Restaurant, Western Edge Kitchen & Cocktails, Antique Mall of Fredericksburg, Good Art Company, Fiesta Winery, and the National Museum of Pacific War. Guests will enjoy complete access to Eva's Guest Haus, while the Sunday Haus at the front of the property will remain securely locked. This property is not suitable for kids and infants. No pets, smoking, fireworks, or parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to, with early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and a fee. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors. A $50 replacement fee applies for unreturned keys. This is a dark sky community, so please shut off lights when not in use. HVAC rules include not setting the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting it by no more than 2 degrees per hour.
