Location, location, location . . . Convenientlly located in Arlington Heights, close to the Cultural District, great museums, UNT Health Center, TCU, and Dickie's Arena. There are 3 bedrooms and an extra room (den, study, etc.), 2 bathrooms, fireplace, and large washer/dryer (in a separate room). The updated kitchen has a stainless refrigerator, gas stove on an island and granite counter tops. The bedrooms and extra room are carpeted, but wood floors are in the living room, hallway, and kitchen. The house and large fenced backyard have plenty of historic charm! Entry to the backyard from the back alley is by remote control. (There's also off-street parking in the front.) You are dealing directly with the owner, who is very respectful and responsive if anything needs attention. Fur babies are allowed and negotiable. Tenant pays for utilities (electricity, gas, water/sewer/garbage, cable). Thank you for considering this as your new home!
