He realized it was time to leave the railroad and closed seventy-eight transactions the first year he was able to completely dedicate time to building his real estate business. He joined forces with Venessa in the beginning of 2016 and the rest is history. Today Jeremy and Venessa run The Smith Team out of Keller, TX. Jeremy is a coach, mentor, and friend to many in the industry. His experience and leadership skills make him a great choice for a business partner.
