With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s ample space to accommodate up to 12 guests. The kitchen, undeniably the heart of the home, is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and granite countertops. The spacious living area, designed for creating great memories, features matching couches, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining room offers a restaurant-like feel with tasteful abstract art and décor. Free parking is available to guests with ample space in the double garage, neighborhood streets, and driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Flower Mound is a lovely suburb of Dallas and one of the best places to live in Texas. With its rural, small-town feel, this neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly. Conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport, there are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks to explore. Highlights include Twin Coves Park, Stone Creek Park, and CAC Water Park. For those interested in exploring Dallas, attractions like the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History and Six Flags Over Texas are just a short drive away. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The master bedroom includes a tabletop workstation that can be moved around the house, providing flexibility for your work-from-home needs. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
