With 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to accommodate up to 14 guests. The cinema room and game room provide plenty of entertainment options. The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring updated cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. It also includes a built-in eat-in area that overlooks the backyard and pool. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage, on the neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Flower Mound is a lovely suburb of Dallas and one of the best places to live in Texas. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.
