One room is oversized with 3 windows, not shown in Pictures. It is really special, you have to see it to get it. The room is actually a great room designed for a pool table, like a living room or family room. This place acts like an apartment complex, with 4 rooms and a shared bath. But the owner [me] has the bottom of the created duplex blocked off, and the 4 rooms upstairs are totally private, with a private entrance. This time, the private entrance is totally private to the tenants, and not semi private, because there is no shared door.
