2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment with tile throughout unit. Central AC and ceiling fans in every room. Granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Appliances include flat top stove, refrigerator, built-in microwave, and washer/dryer. The bedrooms have large closets with two racks to hang clothes plus shelves at end of closet. All windows have 2" faux wood blinds. The owner pays for utility lights, garbage, and grass sprinklers. Tenant pays for water and electric. Electric is Magic Valley which allows tenant to set up prepaid card so deposit not needed. Pets are negotiable with additional non-refundable deposit of $150/ small dog or cat. $250 for large dog. Deposit refunded if no damage to apartment at the end of the lease. No smoking of any kind allowed. Rent $850/month. One year lease. Credit/background check required on another platform. For $875/month will include water for two people.
