The Oaks offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a private yard, a propane grill, and patio seating. The Mercer includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a firepit. The Bluffs provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. The Meadow features one bedroom, one bathroom, and a full kitchen. Pedernales offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchenette. The Den Pool House features a large common space for gatherings, a billiards table, a card table, a Smart LED-TV, and a bar with indoor and outdoor access. The large pool has ample sun loungers and features a covered outdoor dining area with gas and briquette BBQs, a fire pit, and a Smart LED-TV. Dripping Springs is the perfect family-friendly destination, offering everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. This rural ranch property in the Texas Hill Country may have limited services compared to urban settings, such as cell phone service. Wildlife, including birds, reptiles, and deer, is common in the area. The property has a strict no noise policy from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval. Security cameras are onsite, and the primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Please ensure gates remain shut due to the presence of an unsupervised swimming pool. There is a $500 fine for burning during county burn bans, and a $50 replacement fee for any keys not returned to the lockbox. Pool rules include no lifeguard on duty, supervising children at all times, and no glass or food in the pool area. The pool technician visits every Tuesday, and it's recommended to avoid the pool for a few hours after the visit to allow chemicals to take effect.
