The home also includes a full bathroom in the primary bedroom and an additional full bathroom for convenience. This pet-friendly home welcomes house-trained pets with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
