I installed heavy duty commercial plank flooring which looks good and cleans easily, much better than carpet. I replaced the cabinetry, counters, sinks, and fixtures in the kitchen and both full bathrooms. I installed ceiling fans in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms and replaced lighting fixtures in the other rooms including the dining room and both bathrooms. More recently I replaced the AC/heat with a larger/better unit and replaced the water heater and washer/dryer. • Great Closets: All 3 bedrooms have wide double-door closets for lots of stuff. In the master bedroom and front bedroom, I built in a lot of shelving, mitigating the need for as much furniture, for a bigger more open feel in the bedrooms. The middle bedroom has a “normal” closet, with lots of space to hang clothes. There are an additional large shelved closet and coat/vacuum closet in the hallway. I added an extra cabinet above the toilet in each bathroom, plus under-sink storage. • Quiet: This is a top (3rd) floor unit, so you don’t have neighbors above you making noise, and it is an end unit, so it only adjoins one other unit on one of four walls, so you have quiet from the side as well. • Private Balcony: It is one of only a very few units with its own separate balcony, accessible from the living room or the master bedroom. • Pool: The well-maintained grounds include an inviting in-ground pool. • Pictures: I included pictures from a different unit with furniture, so you see what that looks like. My unit is shown in the pictures without the furniture.
