By the age of 21 years old, he was managing an estate agency consisting of 25 experienced estate agents. But that was not enough, with a bold vision and an idea, he decided to go into partnership and start his own residential brokerage in 2009. During this time, Richard earned the esteemed designation of Master Practitioner in Real Estate. He successfully grew the business into a leading estate agency in Alberton & Johannesburg South area in South Africa.<br><br>By 2017 a new challenge was calling. He founded Stratton Real Estate in Johannesburg. The business quickly grew into a successful boutique brokerage, which delivered a more personal “white-glove” experience. In 2019, Richard immigrated to Houston Texas, and instantly fell in love with the city and its people. They say, “you might not have been born in Texas, but you got here as quick as you could.” For Richard, this is true.
