For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee applies, and a $65 extended stay cleaning fee per week will be charged separately for stays of 6 or more nights. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, subject to a $100 fine for violations and immediate eviction. No smoking is allowed, subject to a $200 fine for violations. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests who do not check out by 11 am, with an additional $30 per hour thereafter.
