Family-friendly touches like a pack 'n play, high chair, and kids’ dinnerware are available upon request. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per stay per pet, with a maximum of either one large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy, and pet fees must be paid. To help you settle in, a starter pack of essentials is provided, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar.
