We offer free surface parking for our residents, and they can choose to rent a carport space for $50 monthly, a detached garage for $150 monthly, and an option of renting a storage unit for $10 monthly. All Leaseholder vehicles must have a KP Resident Parking Permit placed visibly on front driver’s side windshield of vehicle to avoid being towed. ALL Visitors must parking “VISITOR” marked parking. Non permitted vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
