Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and preventing unauthorized parties. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used by those familiar with its operation. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
