Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
