At roughly 140”x140”, the room features an 85”x23” closet, ethernet, one front-facing window and a ceiling fan/light with a remote. • The second room is more versatile – you can choose to bring your own furnishings or opt for a furnished setup similar to the other room. At roughly 150”x130”, the room features a spacious 103”x22” closet, two front-facing windows, a ceiling fan/light with a remote, and a WiFi extender right outside. Note that this room does not have ethernet. • Each room comes with its own lock and key, ensuring your personal space remains private. A double-sink bathroom is located directly across from both rooms and may be shared, but a second bathroom located down the hall is also available to provide each room with a private bathroom. • The lower level has office space, one guest bathroom, a shared living area and a kitchen. A 65” 4K OLED TV and surround sound system are free to use in the living area, and the kitchen features two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a gas stove, a double oven, bar seating and an 8-person kitchen table. A clothes washer and dryer are available for use behind the kitchen. The upper floor features an entertainment space equipped with a 50” 4K HDR TV and surround sound system.
