The Big Tex is comprised of three semi-attached buildings: the Main House, Casita, and Game Room, offering ample space for up to 30 guests. The Main House features a spacious living room, a dining area, and a massive kitchen island, all complemented by a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. All bedrooms boast private, attached full bathrooms. The Casita provides additional guest quarters with multiple sleeping arrangements. The Game Room is equipped with a golf simulator, arcade games, and a poker table. An attached outdoor kitchen and a 1500 sq ft covered patio provide extended living and entertainment areas. Enjoy a heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor movie theatre, pickleball and basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and a playscape. Yard games and lounge chairs are also available. The property offers a margarita machine in the outdoor kitchen (liquor and mix not included, mix available for purchase). Guests can utilize the pool-side bathroom. Parking is limited to a maximum of 8 cars in the driveway; no overflow parking is permitted. Smoking is permitted outdoors, but all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly to avoid a $500 fine. Smoking inside the property will result in a $1000 fine.
