This centrally located home is less than 15 minutes from Texas A&M University and close to local dining like Urban Table, TaD’s Louisiana Cooking, and Blue Baker, and shopping and entertainment in Downtown College Station and nearby attractions. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained plus $50 per person. Pets are not allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. No trash or other items may be left on the property.
