The bonus space, “The Cave,” offers full-over-full bunk beds and a Murphy bed, along with ample seating and a dedicated workspace. Bring your furry friends along for the Aggieland fun with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for up to two pets. A gas grill is available on the covered porch for tailgating meals, and pergola seating is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Parking is available on the driveway. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the properties. If any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
