The chef-ready kitchen features a coffee station, ice maker, eating bar, and modern finishes. Enjoy the breezeway connecting the main house and The Cave, a fire pit for evenings under the stars, a covered porch with a gas grill for tailgating meals, and pergola seating perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. This home welcomes up to two pets with an additional pet fee. Minutes from Kyle Field, Texas A&M University, Anderson & Lemon Tree Parks, and the Texas A&M Golf Course, this home is the perfect base for making unforgettable Aggie memories. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. If unauthorized guests stay overnight, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Guests must digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in and be 25 years or older to reserve and sign the agreement. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
