She completed master's studies in Health Services Administration at the University of Kansas and enjoyed a 20+ year career in health care marketing in the Kansas City area. Returning to Texas in 2013 after raising their two daughters in Kearney, Mo., Lisa started work in the real estate industry near Houston, learning all she could about investment properties from her father. She and Robert continue managing their own rental properties and have also completed several construction projects, including restoration of the century-old farmhouse that belonged to her great-grandparents.
