House is located in a great neighborhood of Burleson in the country. Everything is close by from schools like Bransom Elementary and the High School only 5 minutes away. Many restaurants(30-40) just down the road on 35. It is a quiet and crime free area of Burleson. The house is located on 1/2 acre of very wooded property. Easy to maintain and is also close to shopping as well, 5-10 minutes away. It has been remodeled new floring, and new stove as well.
Renter pays for all utilities...water, electric. No smoking allowed on property. Small dogs allowed with a 500.00 non-refundable deposit. Property must be kept mowed and edged. The property has an irrigation system and in the summer it needs to be watered 2x a week. I am easy to work with and flexible.
I maintain the property and resolve issues within the day for repairs.
I take good care of my renters as long as they take care of the property.
