Smoking is not allowed in the property, and if there is any evidence of smoking inside, a $750 fee will be retained to clean and deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 50 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is located adjacent to an unfenced dropoff near the river, so exercise caution when outdoors, especially near the edge, and supervise children and pets at all times.
