Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight, and if unauthorized guests are found, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is not pet-friendly, and if a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated.
