Casa da Vida offers a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig with drip and pod options, a pour-over set-up, and a variety of kitchen gadgets including a Ninja 2-basket air fryer, blender, toaster, and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats 8, with additional dining options available. The home boasts two separate living areas, each equipped with a 65” Smart TV, and features like a poker table, board games, and ambient lighting for cozy gatherings. Pets are welcome with a $150 one-time fee per pet, which must be remitted before check-in. Dogs must be potty trained and housebroken. Any pet urine stains will result in a $250 fee plus the cost of any damages. Additional damage caused by pets will be charged at full replacement cost. A $150 fee will be assessed for any holes dug by dogs that are not filled in or repaired prior to check-out. Concierge services are available, including charcuterie boards, private chef, and grocery delivery. Located just minutes from top attractions such as Top Golf and Legends Event Center (2.3 miles), Texas A&M University (1.6 miles), and Century Square (1.5 miles), Casa da Vida offers easy access to H-E-B, Target, Starbucks, restaurants, gyms, and more, all within 2 miles. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything Bryan-College Station has to offer. The pool is not fenced and may not be suitable for small children. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Events are only allowed if approved, with a contract to be signed and a minimum $250 fee assessed on top of the booking amount. An additional deposit of $500 will be required. Guests are responsible for cleaning any trash and returning the property to its original condition. A $150 fee will be assessed if excess trash is left. Please respect our neighbors; failure to do so may result in being asked to leave. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check-out. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick-up of items with the hosts, and under some circumstances, items will be mailed for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment. Treat the home as your own to help us provide services for years to come. The home is equipped with 1 GIG high-speed Wi-Fi, an office in the laundry room with a chair, and a desk and stool in the upstairs Queen bedroom, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
