Enjoy the deck with seating and wide sea views, and a shaded patio below for quiet hours. Outdoors, rinse off in the shower and gather around the large firepit. Events are allowed at this house with a non-refundable deposit. A security deposit hold of $300 is required and will be released after check-out if there is no damage. Guests are responsible for locksmith/re-key costs if a key is lost or the code is forgotten, unless the issue is due to a lock/smart-lock failure or the host's error.
