Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this setup is ideal for family reunions or group retreats, offering spacious comfort just steps from the shore. Each house is thoughtfully designed with a range of comfortable and well-appointed spaces. The bedrooms include 4 queen beds and 2 master suites with king beds and private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. The large living rooms are perfect for group gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchens come with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Both homes also include laundry rooms for added convenience. Enjoy the outdoor showers after a day at the beach and fire up the charcoal grills for a barbecue. Please note that the attic, the renter’s closet, and the garage of each house are not accessible to guests. Situated just a short walk from the beach, these homes offer easy access to the shore, making them perfect for group vacations or family reunions. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the beach and the comfort of spacious accommodations. The maximum occupancy is 18 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Parking is only allowed on the driveway, and smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and report any accidental damage immediately. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours, and do not move any furniture. Grilling is only allowed on the patio area downstairs, and please clean the grill after use. Rinse off sand in the outdoor shower and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush inappropriate items down the toilet or pour grease down the drains. Lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. Swimming at Crystal Beach is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty.
