The entire house is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter’s closet located in the laundry room, and the garage. The home is just a short walk to the beach, providing easy access to the sand and surf, making it an ideal location for beach lovers. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved. Do not park under the house. Park only on the driveway and be careful not to hit the pilings with your vehicle. Absolutely no smoking and no parties or events are allowed. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay to ease the check-out process. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture during your stay. Grill only on the patio area downstairs and clean the grill after use. Rinse off sand in the shower under the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush inappropriate items down the toilet or pour grease down the drains. Lock doors upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. In case of a tropical storm or hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for lost days will be provided. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. Respect the home as you would your own.
