It features three king bedrooms and a separate bunk room, providing ample space for relaxation after a sun-filled day. The maximum occupancy is 15 people, and additional guests require prior approval. Only registered guests are allowed, and visitors need prior approval. Parking is available on the driveway only, with caution advised to avoid hitting the pilings. Smoking, parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests are encouraged to keep the property clean and report any accidental damage promptly. Noise should be kept down during nighttime hours, and furniture should not be moved. Grilling is permitted only on the downstairs patio, and the grill must be cleaned after use. Sand should be rinsed off using the downstairs shower, and sandy shoes left on the deck near the front door. Feminine products and grease should not be flushed or poured down the drains. Doors should be locked when leaving the property. No refunds will be given if guests are asked to leave due to rule violations or irresponsible behavior. In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for unused nights will be provided.
